Two, one inch horns for compression drivers. Drivers not included.
An adjustable 360 degree horizontal dispersion horn. This horn is a 3D printed horn with special damping properties such that it does not “ring” or resonate in the frequencies it was designed to be used. The ability to be adjusted allows it to vary its load on any given driver to get the most out of any compression driver used with it.
Measurements: Roughly 7.25″ in diameter or wide, by 5″ tall depending on how it is adjusted. All-thread 4 15/16″ apart on
center. Two 8″ all-threads, to acorn nuts and eight regular nuts come with each horn.
Horn curve: This horn uses two curves, a exponential, and a spherical combined.
Driver: Accommodates any 1″ throat horn with a 1 3/8″-18 threaded nipple. We recommend our LDA1002 compression horn
tweeter driver to use with this horn.
Range: This horn can cover from 1k Hz to above 20k hz. To a degree this will change depending on how close you space the
two halves. The top have can be used along for a typical front radiating horn.
Adaptability: The two halves can be closer or wider apart, when narrower the bug screen on a driver may need to be removed.
If using a horn with no threaded nipple an adapter purchased from companies like Part-Express and Eminence
are required.
